I was not in the sun for monthns yet my skin was burned. This was done while I was sitting at my desk . I saw him in the hallway out of the corner of my eye. He stood there watching me as tho he was oberserving the results of the weapon as it was being directed on me. Other people in office stated I looked sunburned. I was in fact burned but not by the sun!

It began November, 2000, north of Atlanta, GA., in Acworth, GA. with criminal menacing/aggravated stalking and threats to my safety in the form of, daily aggressive tailgating by vehicles with high beams glaring, menacingly in my rear view mirror. It began with noticing license plates that ended in JEW, JFK, D1E, XXX, WOW, GUN, WAR, NSA, FED, EVL, GIT and RF N MF. After numerous complaint calls to my Cobb County GA. PD traffic bureau, which included plates, I never saw the same plates again, but the aggressive tailgating continued unabated. (Ironically, Georgia did pass an aggressive tailgating law in 2000, at the behest of the governor. Unfortunately, when I called 9/11 to report these incidences the operators could never determine my location.) Eventually, Cobb County GA. PD motorcycle cops began eyeballing me in traffic, as if they knew who I was. Particularly disconcerting was seeing the first of many Georgia JFK plates, after immediately leaving the Cobb County GA. PD, having just made a complaint about being followed. Yes, the Cobb County GA. PD refused to open a case. And, the Cobb County Prosecutor’s office did not return my calls. Written complaints to the Acworth, Kennesaw, and Woodstock GA. PD’s elicited similarly unhelpful non-responses. However, the female officer at the Forsythe County GA. Sheriff’s office was definitely chastened as she took my report. The color in her face paled and the wrinkles in her forehead went smooth. The Marietta GA. PD was more sympathetic and said “keep a camera in your car”. After describing my victimization by organized stalkers to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation they responded, “Mr. Romanik how long have you lived in Georgia?” and never followed-up. The unwarranted surveillance by organized stalkers continues today in South Florida with being daily shadowed in traffic by former Chevrolet Caprice police cruisers, now re-painted in civilian colors with illegally blacked-out tinted windows. It continues with an unusually high number of sightings of unmarked Ford Crown Victorias and Mercury Marauders, displaying the carriage of police pursuit handling packages. Fourth Amendment violations began in South Florida with phone taps; when I heard echoes of my voice, as I recorded cell phone messages to myself, noting organized stalker license plates. It continues with “directed conversations”, when our friends and co-workers conversations mirror recent exchanges between myself and my wife, spoken only between the two of us, in “the privacy” of our home or cars. Selective enforcement/PD harassment continues with our Miami Shores PD’s (MSPD) inability to find the CD I provided documenting our being organized stalking targets, and detectives believing the garrote found hanging from a tree in our front yard got there due to “high winds”. After taking pictures of unmarked police cars blocking my lane, while driving past the MSPD, the cars aggressively followed me into my driveway, just six-houses west of the MSPD. The detectives got out of their cars and questioned why I was taking their pictures. I offered them a copy of the CD describing our being targets of organized stalkers; in response they literally walked backwards, as if I was offering them a package with a bio-hazard warning label. No, they did not accept my offer. The very next morning after mentioning out loud “COINTELPRO”, in my car, in response to a news item heard during a drive time radio newscast, I found the locked fence to our backyard forced open, and our dogs, out for their morning backyard visit, roaming loose in our front yard. After reporting this to the MSPD an officer arrived to inform me that he or other officers “kicked it in last night” in pursuit of bad guys. They must have done so quietly as our dogs never barked that night. Needless to say, the village has not repaired the broken gate latch, although the officer, who pulled into my drive exactly as I was leaving the following morning … assured me they would. After speaking with agents of the day at the Miami, FL FBI office, and providing a CD describing our targeting by organized stalkers, we never heard from the Bureau. The Florida Bureau of Investigation did send two Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) investigators, from the Miami area office to our home, they interviewed us, watched the CD on our home computer, told us we were reliable witnesses, after which we provided them with a copy of the CD. They left their business cards and told us they would be “on vacation next week in Las Vegas”. Subsequently, we provided them with criminal background checks we had run on ourselves by a local PD agency and notes I made of telephone calls with the MSPD … we never heard from them again, after numerous emails and phone calls. Reckless endangerment and using vehicles as deadly weapons began on twisting Georgia mountain two-lane roads, with oncoming unmarked white vans, daily threatening head-on collisions, by approaching my vehicle, at extremely high speeds, while dangerously close to crossing over the center line. These threats, to my personal property and safety, “progressed” in South Florida to include threats of side collisions; as vehicles waited for me to pass by timing their entrance into traffic (from the curb lane) exactly as I drove by (in the number two lane). Other threats involve, failing to yield the right of way by making left hand turns as I make a right turn, … regularly … in a hospital zone. Variations of these threats, involve oncoming vehicles pulling into opposing left turn lanes just as I pass by. Invariably, vehicles involved in these endangering situations have the driver side headlight dangerously and illegally misaligned to shine in the eyes of oncoming taxpayers … during daylight hours as well. Beginning in November, 2000 the organized stalking signature of vehicles with a single misaligned headlight was also seen on city and county metro buses and, yes, even school buses … and continues to this day in Miami, FL. In South Florida yearly nuisance auto accidents began in 2002, for which the other driver was ticketed. These accidents invariably involve a vehicle driving off the curb, from a dead stop as I drive by, hitting my car in the passenger side door. The damage seldom exceeds $1,500. Sometimes the officer issuing the citation writes the wrong statute on the ticket resulting in the offender’s traffic court case being dismissed. Naturally, the offender’s insurer refuses to pay my claim. Signatures of Intelligence Agencies The military precision of these daily, organized stalking attacks, indicate a depth of technical resources, personnel and planning that can only be the acts of government law enforcement and/or intelligence agency/ies. Incidentally, in 2000 I wrote the FBI Civil Rights Division in Washington, DC, describing our Georgia targeting, which resulted in a “no civil rights violation seen here” written response from the Bureau. Conclusions In a war against asymmetrical enemies such as international terrorists; fanatic personality types, in positions of law enforcement and national security, are easily distracted and mislead, while having their eyes taken off the ball. Our targeting is only the tip of the iceberg. The cost to our country for this abuse of power and extremist activity, carried out from positions of public trust, is already enormous and the meter is running. NOTE 1: The MSPD ran a criminal background check on me in 2001 for my acceptance into the Neighborhood Crime Watch program. After more than 200 hours of mobile patrolling I lost faith in my local PD’s ability to protect our rights as citizens, and left the program. My PD colored and marked mobile patrol car was constantly and illegally shadowed by organized stalker vehicles, making observations and residence checks all the more difficult. I did call the MSPD twice while on patrol to inform them of the unlawful interference. NOTE 2: My wife and I are both Catholic CCD confirmation teachers, as such we have been fingerprinted and had FBI background checks done as part of the Archdiocese of Miami religious education vetting process. NOTE 3: Did I mention my wife is Vietnamese and a naturalized U.S. citizen, who has repaid her student loan? Do we think our targeting by organized stalkers could be hate crimes, resulting from prejudices of rogue, former military-types populating law enforcement? Yes. Would you?

The use of these weapons has been shrouded in secrecy, but a recent report by Vanity Fair indicates indisputable proof that these same measures are being used on detainees in U.S. custody. Senator Carl Levin will hold hearings regarding detainees. And I am asking your help concerning the full scope of the use and testing of these weapons on myself , my family and the other known constituents of The United States of America who are being tortured as well. I am also asking that your office contact Representative Jim Guest from the Missouri State Legislature who has extensive knowledge of the abuse of these weapons on U.S. citizens throughout this country and who is seeking a congressional hearing about this issue. I have been a target of this torture for 14 years that I know of, but others have been targeted much longer. These covert operations are essentially a continuation of FBI and CIA-run classified programs such as COINTELPRO and MKULTRA. We believe that we are part of the thousands of Americans that have fallen victim to the warrantless surveillance of the NSA. We know that these current government-sanctioned operations discredit the targeted individual and torments the individuals life, sometimes even to the point of death. Like myself some victims are stalked wherever they go. They are subjected to noise campaigns, insults, taunts and threats.Others are violated with these electronic weapons that induced excruciating pains, tingling sensations, ringing in the ears, electrical shocks, and various elements of synthetic telepathy. Again myself, my wife of 14 years Lorna, and our 5 children , Nicole age 15, Patricia 14, Christopher 13, Dylan 9, and Avery 16 months old are all victims of this technology. We have all experienced the same type of harassment on different levels. Some of our physical symptoms include severe tooth decay and vision loss. Unexplained rashes and burns, sever headaches, mood swings, flu like symptoms, larthargia, insomnia, anixety, thyroid problems, hormonal issues, high blood pressure, heart problems, vision loss and cancer. The list also includes botched surgerys, premature labor and birth of 2 of my children, ADHD and the death of my father to cancer. In 2006 I was in bed ill 161 days out of that year, unable stand up to go to the bathroom or care for my family . All of this, I attribute to electronic harassment psycotronics,ORGANISED STALKING, DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS, PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS, TORTURE. Our pets are even affected by this. You will hear other victims complaints of their pets being tortured. We have all had many levels of harrisment. We are followed by people (gangstalking) and get a high rate of air plane and helecopter activity. Our computer and telephone are being monitored and manipulated. Other family members who do not reside in our home are also victims. There is no physical or mental illness that can cause all of the symptoms indicated above. But there is a technology (neurological weapons, radio-frequency weapons) that can. Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance is one of the few organizations that work tirelessly to offer help and support to victims this abuse. There are nearly five hundred members whose lives have been devastated by this abuse. Networking with sister organizations lead us to believe that these attacks are being carried out against thousands of innocent US citizens. Most of these citizens are vulnerable and easy targets (i.e. single women, elderly and children). According to Representative Jim Guest's information, 68 percent of the victims are women. Others are government and corporate whistle blowers or victims targeted by hate groups and other extremists. I Had a psychologist 95 97 who asked me who my husband really is and said he was worried for me. My husband sold to the military 93 95 for Hitachi home electronics. As a teen Mom and I were followed. I had umbilical surgery in 1959 , 2 unnecessary breast biopsies 05. Saw 2 bright lights outside my window in MI 56 ,57. A hologram of Jim Hendrix the day he died, and a hologram of Arab men on 9-11. Black Helicopter flew so low over my house on 9-15 It could have taken off my roof. Moved to GA in 93, from Michigan, and things got really creepy.
