Stop the Cuts Save the Sybourn Children's Centre and our Services We deplore the cuts being made by Waltham Forest and urge the council to think again about reducing the Children's Centres' budgets. We need the services provided by the Sybourn Children's Centre as there are no others in the Lea Bridge Ward.
