Lesia Dickson | If the swim club is paying for the heating of the pool, it becomes a benefit for the whole neighborhood. I see no reason to disallow the swim team from providing this upgrade and using the pool during these times -- especially given that no one else has ever wanted to use the pool at this time until now.

David Greear | I think the heated lap pool would be beneficial for many people.

Bryan Smith | Let them swim.
Justyne Biddle | This pool heating is only a benefit. I teach at the middle school, and know that we have some amazing athletes- some of which are incredible swimmers. If there team is willing to pay for the heating, I don't understand why we are not letting them! This also opens the door for some master swim programs for the adults doesn't it? I sure would LOVE that. Please Please reconsider!

Alayne Hodges | OK, this is a no brainer! As our board please pass the swim club petition. This is a win,win situation for the residents of steiner, the community and buildres! Not to mention the positive affect this will have on property value and sales.

Monica Rosenberg | We were out of town when this all happened - we feel the petition was issued for two short a time. We wholeheartedly support the heating of the Bella Mar pool.

Stewart Pickard | Having a heated pool solution in the neigborhood is good for all residents, and the fact that we've got a partner willing to pay the bills makes this a no-brainer. Heat the Pool!

Gail Adams | I totally support the heating of the pool and keep our swim team in our community.
Elena White | I believe this is a good thing for the community. We would not personally benefit, since we have a 9 month old, but can only imagine in the future how nice this would be to have a year round swim team right here in Steiner Ranch for our daughter. We have to drive quite a distance for just about everything else. My husband and I were curious why the pools are not heated anyway? Looking at cost and the number of residents how much of an increase would it really cost per resident and wouldn't it be worth it! Regardless, having a heated pool would be great.

| 331 | cindi pace | I think it is a great idea to have a heated pool for the swim team and others who want to enjoy it. My vote is a YES
Thanks

Chris Martin | The proposal explanation put forth by SRMA for a vote was poorly worded and did not make clear that the heated pool proposal would be primarily for the benefit of a Steiner Ranch-based children's swim club. I feel this information disclosed would have led to a much different vote on the issue. I for one, voted "no" after reading the proposal thinking it was an outside adult swim club. Please re-consider the decision and at the very least, let the community again vote based on ALL the information.
chris braugh | PLease put in the heated pool at Bel Mar so that we can have 1 pool in the entire subdivision that will allow comfortable swimming in the winter. I have run triathlons in the recent past and could not find suitable access for training. Thanks
