We, the undersigned parents of children attending swimming lessons at the Swan Pool in Buckingham, strongly object to the enforced extension of swimming lessons to 50 weeks a year which has led to an annual increase in fees of over 30% for sessions which we do not require.
We are dismayed that there was no consultation to find out the views of your customers and indeed there are several who are unaware of this change.
We therefore request that there is an immediate return to school term-time only swimming lessons.
