From yoghurt to spaghetti sauce, cereal, and practically a ton of common foods, what we commonly know as food in the US is ridiculously sugary. Or laced with sugar substitutes. This is feeding the obesity and health epidemic.
Lets cut the sweet tooth altogether and provide healthy food without sugar or sweet taste. Lets promote sugar packets being included separately in packaging where practical and so the user can add the amount they please instead of automatically sugary foods.
Require that food manufacturers produce widely available food without automatically mixed in sweeteners.
