The Company Mod Chem India Pvt. Ltd.,Mumbai,CIN U24240MH1998PTC116250,has sold out its Trade Mark 'MORE LIGHT' on 17/09/2007.Bank Of India Andheri(W),Mumbai had seized the factory campus at Gujarat on 15/03/2008 because the company had not paid back the loan amount.Also,the Registered office of the company has dissolved. I was a creditor/sole distributor in this Company and it is not returning back my Deposit.So,I have filed this petition. So,I request you to kindly take action over the company as per the Company Act ,1956.
