The administration has officially adopted our proposed policy changes regarding sexual assault response protocols. We are monitoring the implementation phase to ensure these new procedures are followed in every case. Thank you for maintaining the pressure that made this outcome possible.
We, as Swarthmore alumni, care deeply about Swarthmore College and are concerned about the inadequate treatment of sexual assault on campus, with regards to both policy and implementation of policy.
Alumni, please use the comment section if you wish to share your thoughts, suggestions, and experiences on this topic, and feel free to add your year to your name.
We are approaching the 250 signature threshold required to finalize the formal policy brief for the administration. Increasing our total before the upcoming board meeting will strengthen our position during the scheduled discussions with college leadership.
