Over the past 12 months it is the opinion of parents at Swarcliffe Primary school that the school has rapidly gone
down hill and is not what it used to be. Parents feel that all issues with the school lay at the responsibility of the
Head Teacher of whom parents no longer have any confidence in at running the school to the level of which it
used to be. The head teacher at the school is far from professional at her job, "fobbs" parents off with excuses
instead of getting to the bottom of the problem and solving to a level of whom all are happy with, uses "policies
and procedures" made up by the school to intimidate parents therefore leaving parents with a feeling of not been
able to raise any concerns or show their expressions towards any issues that may have arisen. Some parents
even feel that they have been "bullied" by the head of the school. Ex staff of the school have also had issues of
intimidation from the head of school. Parents are fed up of the "cover-ups" that go off in the school when a
problem arises. Parents now feel that it is time that the Education Authorities sat up and listen to the parents when
raising their concerns and that they investigate the school. It is parents wish for the Head to leave the school and
hand over to someone of whom is prepaired to run it at the level of which it needs.
