It is the desire of the following Lake Pioneer residents to request from the Pioneer, Ohio " Mayor and Village Council'" the ability to reintroduce Swans to the Lake property. The prior family of Swans provided many of the residents, visitors, and travelers many hours of fun and enjoyment. With an affirmative response from the Pioneer Village Council any reasonable restrictions, limitations that might be part of the affirmation would be respected.
