Fix the funding instead of hunting down the staff. Tired of this witchhunt.
My sister is a social worker and works 60 hours a week just trying to help families. Leave them alone.
Its always the boots on the ground that get thrown under the bus. Enough.
TOTAL GARBAGE. They are set up to fail by management and then scapegoated when things go south.
The public has no idea how hard this job is. Stop scapegoating people who actually care.

Social workers are absolutely drowning in caseloads already. Stop blaming them for systemic failures they cant control. This is disgraceful.
