759 Chana MoshenskaThe university depends on ATs. They have long been exploited by the university, with poor pay, poor working conditions, very little respect, and massive amounts of crass sexism (in my experience and the experience of many other women ATs). The idea of making these working conditions even worse is outrageous.

763 AnonymousI do agree that ATs at US are doing excellect work but we are not fairly valued and respected.
764 DebbieEducation is suffering in this country. Tutors need to be properly renumerated to even begin to address this. Why are the city boys the only people not struggling financially in this country?

776 Rebecca ShtaselAs a student it is important for me that the people who teach me are paid adequately for the work they do and treated with respect by the management.
777 john craneThis government appears to have a muddled concept concerning the provision of continuing education in the community. Were I Ethnic, Gay/Lesbian or not sure, agencies would be falling over themselves to fund my participation. Whilst It is a reasonable concept to actively involve minority groups in the community too much effort is being directed to this end. The ethos of the Working Men's Institutes and the WEA needs to be maintained to stimulate and increase the further knowledge of the majority of the community.

792 Rebecca EarlCutting the pay of our tutors will adversely affect the quality of our education. We are already paying double th amount of fees of previous years, this is not the time to degrade our education or ignore our voices!
