730 AnonymousATs have provided me, personally, with more support than most of my professors and I appreciate that greatly. As such I feel they should be rewarded accordingly, and not with uncertainty about their pay.

749 Allan Robert LeachI believe that the action taken is not only unjust but disrespectful of the important role played by ATs at Sussex. Without ATs the University would be unable to meet its teachng commitments and this should be acknowledged in the way they are treated.
750 AnonymousI'm concerned any time that very hardworking tutors may be adversely affected by university restructuring, policy changes, etc. Please consider the invaluable role of ATs and address their (and our) concerns.
