Name: Richard Meek on Apr 19, 2007Comments: The club is a real asset to the town and over the years has done so much to put the name on the map.The site is clearly the best available and the impact on local residents will be absolutely minimal. It would be wonderful if those who are worried came along to a game and checked out the reality of the situation. They would be made very welcome.Flag

Name: Carol Dear on Apr 19, 2007Comments: The present site of the football club is totally inappropriate in the modern sporting world from the point of view of size and location. A new purpose built facility would enhance the sporting facilities in the area for youngsters and ensure the future of a football club that is an asset to the town. I believe the proposed site would be the best solution.Flag

I am sure the complainers would prefer a smart new football ground to 100s of housesFlag

Name: Colin Gant on Apr 21, 2007Comments: There has been a football team in Wisbech for many years all people are trying to carry this sport on there should be no more traffic along Lynn road than now as people coming from the present ground go along the lynn don't be a spoil sport for the few that have enjoyed many years of entertainment watching football. I bet none of the protesters have ever been to a game just want to stop other people enjoying themselves.Flag
