   Comments: The staff are completely undervalued and overworked and not respected. The level of unhappiness is rife and the training is minimal. When the new large scale venues open I predict the helix will suffer the most through lost of shows and staff.

    Comments: While comparing the wage increase of the helix staff to that of a university president is akin to comparing apples and oranges, if you are due 20% more than you are on under the partnership agreements you should get it.
