    Comments: As a former resident of TFC, and head of the resident security program, I can say without reservation that the proposed Oceanside facility would greatly benefit the immediate neighborhood and the city of Oceanside as a whole.

    Comments: Sadly this is a highly needed program. After visiting the Escondido facility and the surrounding neighborhood, the people of Oceanside should be thrilled to have such good neighbors, ones they can count on. Face it, we don't usually get the right/opportunity to choose our neighbors.
