    Comments: The 20 unit per acre density for low income multifamily housing reflects the character of our community and will provide an effective means of meeting our RHNA obligation. It is the one concession that was made in the draft element to reflect the needs of all Novato's residents and it is working in Petaluma, a community that shares many similarities with Novato and is just 11 miles north on 101.

    Comments: I support 20 home units per acre density not 30. This petition doesn't really say specifically what we are advocating. I am assuming that the City of Novato Draft Housing Element received for review by the Department of Housing and Community Development October 25, 2012 is for 20 not 30. Hope so. Thanks for the community energy!
