Manhattan isnt just for rich people in glass towers, leave the legends alone for once!
Too many places are closing down to make room for condos nobody can afford. Max Fish is the real deal and it needs to stay right where it is.
Max Fish IS the LES. You kill this place you kill the neighborhood culture completely.
NYC is losing its edge. Stop the greed.
spent half my youth here. please dont let them turn it into another boring bank or starbucks.

Histroic places are not shinny, clean, plastic, and PG! Each time a place like this is forced to close, a city loses a part of its soul. This great country was founded by outsiders that today PC culture would consider alcoholic, dirty, unlawful, traitors. Remind you of the present day bars faithful?
