Steven L. Shafer, MDI have known Dr. Wolfe for about 8 years, and have interacted with him in the activity of teaching medical students. Additionally, I know that he was a fantastic resource to Audrey Shafer as she developed her program in medical humanities. It is inconceivable that Stanford's teaching the next generation of physicians would not continue to be enhanced by the protean contributions to Dr. Wolfe. Steven L. Shafer, MD (formerly) Professor of Anesthesia, Stanford University (now) Professor of Anesthesiology, Columbia University
Sue Ann WeeDr. Wolfe has the ability to inspire others and to teach the art of medicine in a way that is impossible to replace. I would not have explored different aspects of medicine nor reached my specific professional goals if it weren't for him.

Masis BabajanianI have associated all the successes of Stanford Medical School during the past 2 decades to Dr. Wolfe. Removing him denigrates the reputation of the school and it's commitment to scholarship.

Leah Bartsch Mallory, MDDr. Wolfe was an integral part of my education at Stanford. He models compassion, respect for patients and the provision of meticulous and thoughtful care. I am saddened to imagine future Stanford Medical Students not having access to Dr. Wolfe's mentorship, tutilage, and support.
Eve ZaritskyDr. Wolfe was such a terrific mentor
D. Victor PerlrothElliott Wolfe is a wonderful human being who has served as mentor to a whole generation of Stanford Medical School graduates-- and who still has much left to teach. This is another unfortunate example of the reprehensible tactics and arrogance of this administration.
Victoria Davis (Tory)Marginalizing EW was a great mistake. Terminating him is inexcusable.

Salmaan KeshavjeeDr. Wolfe has been a positive force at Stanford Medical School and has had a tremendous impact on the lives of man students. To dismiss him after his years of contribution seems unfair and unjust not in line with the values of Stanford Medical School.
