| 203 | Michael Kattah | I have to say in addition to all of the above that Dr. Wolfe was an essential advocate for all of us forgotten MSTP students that were nearly lost in the curriculum transition. If it weren't for him we would have been forced to take the preparation for medicine classes with the new curriculum and this would have severely interfered with our laboratory schedule. So in addition to teaching compassion and the art of medicine, he greatly facilitated our training as physician-scientists. |

| 205 | Liana Gefter | I feel it would be a disservice to the future patients of Stanford medical students if Dr. Wolfe was not allowed to be their teacher. |
| 206 | Joanna Wrede | Dr. Wolfe has been the one Stanford faculty member or administrator whom I always felt I could come to with any professional or personal difficulties. When I needed an adviser for a medical humanities project, he was the first person who came to mind and he graciously offered support without hesitation. He provided me valuable guidance in career exploration and assisted me in evaluating my professional goals. I consider him the single most effective instructor I have had in my time at Stanford. He always went beyond the call of duty where student education was concerned. When students expressed support of the value of his physical findings rounds during our Practice of Medicine course, he arranged to give more of his time and give all medical students an equal opportunity to participate by initiating a formal Physical Findings Rounds elective. He also is a true master of the physical exam and has made a video series teaching these techniques. Furthermore, he designed a website dedicated to resources for students to "attain clinical acumen." It blows my mind that this MVP of the medical school, this instructor whom students put aside their books, their studies, and their valuable free time to support, has been treated as such a disposable commodity. It really calls to question the priorities of the administration. If not support of students' personal and professional growth, teaching of the art of medicine, and rewarding those who go the extra mile, then what does our administration value? I implore those of you with the power to make this decision to please reconsider. Please don't deprive future classes of Stanford medical students the honor of working with Dr Elliott Wolfe.
Thank you,
Joanna Wrede |

| 219 | Juno Obedin-Maliver | Dr. Wolfe is a valued teacher, mentor and friend who always reminds me oof what I aspire to in becoming a physician. Please support this type of mentoring and this type of mentor at this school. We need and appreciate Dr. Wolfe. |
| 220 | Yannis Paulus | Dr. Wolfe has been an excellent clinical instructor who has taught me much. |
| 221 | Christine Chang | It's amazing how much of preclinical medical school you can go through without actually seeing patients. I think it's fair to say that Dr. Wolfe's teaching helps many of us to interact with patients in the hospital and provides a safe, non-stressful learning environment. |

| 232 | Stephen Hunt | Dr. Wolfe has long been an outstanding advocate for Stanford students. While I don't always agree with his stances on a given subject, I believe he has always strove put the student's best interests first. He has often stepped in to "mind the gap" as it were such as helping out when the MSTP's needed PCM, making calls to get student's residency or faculty interviews, etc... |

| 241 | Anonymous | Dr. Wolfe is an incredibly patient teacher. I felt comfortable asking him questions I had asked several times before but not quite understood until he explained the answers to me over again. |
