It has come to my attention that the owner
Mr. Shawn A. Eddy and his and our Emperors lounge
,located at 10 capital ave.,is being harrassed by people and
forces that intend to see it close. The harrassment has been
a bucket of paint being thrown from window above his establishment, to refrigeration
being sabotaged, to a slew of harrassing phone calls, one
of which stated \"we closed Low Country\", a formerly black owned club
that was located across the street, \"we will close you\". Also a debilitating business law suit that claims the club is making to much noise, and for those who attend know that is not true. Mr. Eddy, a young black entrepreneur, of which I must interject,
makes all his customers feel comfortable regardless of race or
ethnicity. I believe by perponderance of evidence he is being
harrassed because he is a black and has a number of
black and ethnic customers. I am asking those who have been to the club
or who just believe in the spirit of Amercian entreprenureship
for all to sign this pettion with at least an email address and a name.
The names gotten will not be used for promational use.
