Comments: I have grave concerns about the reduction of services of the A+E department. I feel until the new hospitalhas been built and is fully up and running the A+E at City hospital should continue as it is, providing a full service.

Comments: The A& E AT CITY Hospital has been proven perfect for access whereever you live, we live in Bearwood and we have had neighbours who have moved back to this area from Hampshire and have choosen Bearwood as opposed to Stourport, Worcester etc because of the a +e facilities in this area(5 mins by car, but West Brom 20 mins ) I could go on for ages but my vote would be the same

Comments: I chose to continue my treatment at City Hospital despite moving to Walsall because of the complexity and the serious/chronic nature of my condition. I had a choice which is now being taken away

Comments: I think it is a terrible waste of resources planning to move City Hospital's services to Sandwell. It is also appalling that a City the size of Birmingham should even consider moving such vital services out of the City and leave this side of the city without anything. Travelling to Sandwell Hospital is difficult enough from this side of the City. The terrible parking when you get there would further aggravate any situation.

Comments: As a West Mids Ambulanceman, I believe that although technology and treatment in pre-hospital care have vastly improved over recent years, there are still a considerable number of patients with life threatening conditions who will suffer due to the extra travel time to hospital.

Comments: I believe that a decrease in services at City will put innocent peoples lives at risk due to extra travelling time or from being transfered to Sandwell. Why reduce services at a hospital who serves such a large area and does it to a high standard.

Comments: As a patient of City Hospital, I belives that I owe my life to the care I have recieived on a number of occasions and am greatly concerned that by reducing services other people may not be as lucky. Why change a hopsital who has such high standards of care.

Comments: You could be dead from an heartattack by the time you get to Sandwell AE from Smethwick once the ambulance as tried to get through all the traffic at the M5 island in west bromwich. Unless they have started to fix ambulances with wings so they can fly to Sandwell in a quicker time
