The undersigned respectfully request that The Irvine Company consider keeping the property located at 4615 Barranca Parkway, Irvine, California 92604 (formerly known as Waters Lakehouse Restaurant as of New Years Day, 2010) zoned and developed as a restaurant and bar only. A restaurant would suit business banquet needs, family gatherings following Concerts on the Lake, weddings, etc., and would continue to be an asset to welcome visitors enjoying our lake and community.
