Unarmed young protesters have been violently oppressed. Dogs, tear gas and bullets are the techniques the toppled government used. More than 200 civilians were shot, thousands injured. The ex-president Ben Ali, his wife Leila Trabelsi and other relatives have fled the country. Tunisians are still pressuring the interim government to protect the newly born freedom and to recover the stolen assets by Ben Ali and his clan.
