| 151 | Alice Mendoza | A country that does not care about animals cannot call itself first world. Animals have a RIGHT to live together with us and animals, especially these cats need our care. Cats also should NOT BE BANNED AS PETS IN HDB FLATS. |
| 152 | Bee Cheng | Bring back the stray cat rehab and adopt a more effective and humane solution! |

| 154 | Anonymous | More can be done to further the the control of stray cats as a long term sustainable effort. Thus, I hope the government would take the lead in supporting this effort, not just for the cats, but for a more compassionate society, and a better living environment for our people too. |
| 155 | jennifer | i greatly supported TNR... it is the only way to reduce the number of cats.. and it is very effective now in the U.S so this show that TNR really worked but we, singapore need more support from our government to make this worked. |

| 167 | Jumiah Ahmad | This has been proven to be one of the most effective methods of caring for community cats. It is humane and right. If we are ever going to progress in our search for our own humanity in our urban landscapes, this is the only way. We are a nation with 'heartware' and not merely hardware. |
| 168 | ANGELYIA PANG | As a volunteer, I adopt daily responsible and clean feeding to strays and manage their population by sterilizations at my own expenses.
Please help cultivate humanity in our already turned 'aloof' neighbourhood.
I don't know who my 5-year old neighbours are but i know neighbours of surrounding blocks thru cat-feeding and saving. |

| 170 | Rahim Rahmat | Please re-instate the SCRS. These poor cats deserve more humane treatment. |
| 171 | Loke Swee Pan | |
| 172 | Roslina Binte Jupri | I hope the government will review and re-instate the Stray Cat Rehabilitation Scheme to solve the stray cat population problem instead of just culling/killing the stray cats/dogs to solve the problem. |
| 173 | Fiona Chris Yap | Let's be graceful about the way we treat cats & other animals in general. Cats are harmless, in fact, some descriptions of them being a nuisance & that they are dirty only prove how ignorant people are & just how little understanding they have of these living creatures / creation of God. If we don't help the plight of these defenceless cats, they have no one to count on. |

| 180 | Jennifer Ooi | AVA and Town Councils are wasting taxpayers' money by "encouraging" killing of cats with free loan of cat traps that including delivery and pickup. There have been cruelty as cats were left in the traps, injured from banging back and forth, sufferred sorching heat and hunger and thirst! Some if not many Town Councils do not bother to investigate into feedback about cats and assume that complainants want cats to be killed (pest controllers will just blindly catch any cats as each cat means $ and early finish of job means early coffee breaks! often resulting in killng of docile innocent lives!) All these must stop as there humane altenatives such as scarecrows and catstop and dedicated cws volunteers and caregivers, from speaking to complainants find out that most if not all DO NOT want cats to be killed! Stop wasting taxpayers' $$ in killing cats which has not been effective! |
| 181 | Anonymous | cats are living being, so are dogs.
these animals deserved to live.
a country without animals is a country who are absence-minded, think of themselves... |
| 182 | Dr. Shannon Heo | i support the SCRS fully. As we attempt to progress towards a gracious society, more compassion and love should also be shown to other creatures that share the world with us. |

| 187 | Pat Yip | We must rise above this animal instinctive propensity to kill. As human beings, we are endowed with the ability to make a choice that will determine our future. Surely killing will not give us much of a future for us or for our children. When we hit 6.5 million and if economy collapses and the countless elderly citizens who are disabled to a state worse than that of animals, i. e. vegetable states, the young who are future leaders, will remember "culling" as a solution to "cat nuisance" and apply it to "old people nuisance". |

| 196 | Julie Ng | With our rapidly aging population problem becoming more and more pronounced, I believe the way to teach our younger generation to instil more compassion in them to care for the aged and what better way than to start with being kind to animals. I dread the day when culling will be considered as a posssible solution to a nation of increasingly old and "useless" people. |
