The homeowners at 14 Ridge request to build a carriage house on their adjacent vacant lot. The ZBA Meeting for variance approval has been rescheduled to Thursday, July 25, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. Your support is very important to us and extremely critical to the success of the project. We enjoy this community very much and wish to improve our little corner ... with added benefit of enhancing the overall beauty, character and charm of the city.
