In 2007 @BurgerKingmx used Thirty Seconds To Mars music for a commercial without authorization. Thirty Seconds to Mars then took legal action of violation of copyright against Burger King. These actions represent a considerable outlay in legal fees for the band.

Fans (The Echelon) of Thirty Seconds to Mars, decided to make this petition to show our displeasure and support the band.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Thirty Seconds To Mars have been involved in this legal battle for nine years without reaching a solution.
