West London Community School is seeking to apply for funding from the Free Schools Initiative for a new Free School in the Hayes & Harlington area of Hillingdon Borough. If we are successful, our aim will be to set up a new state funded school that will be run by parents and the local community. Our goal is a school - open to all in the area - in which the learning environment challenges and supports both our pupils and members of the broader community in which we live. Our learning environment will be based on a strong sense of belonging, mutual respect, and the breaking down of barriers to achievement. We're calling on parents of local children to support our campaign.
