   Comments: I LOVED the Kelp Bar last year, and would be sorely disappointed if it couldn't continue each summer. It provided a focal point for the local artsy community who enjoy a quiet local drink with great chilled out company and a beautiful view. Kelp was the highlight of last summer for me, and for lots of Freo residents.

    Comments: We were only just talking, for the 100th time, about wishing this bar was still open. I've no idea why it didn't stay open because it seemed to do so well and had so many locals having a great casual time down there. No trouble seemed to spring from it, just good times with great sunsets. Re-open the bar please, it's probably the best bar i've ever drank at.

    Comments: During the ISAF world championships the Kelp bar brought bit of life and atmosphere to the area around bathers beach which is otherwise very dark and quiet at night. I enjoy going for a stroll with my partner along the beach at night but admit I felt a lot safer knowing there were people close by. We also very much enjoy watching the sunset from bathers beach of an evening and the opportunity to sit outside the arthouse with a cocktail would be most welcome.

    Comments: It is the most unique & fresh bar Fremantle has ever seen. The Sunset Markets has added life to an area of Fremantle that has not been seen in years & Kelp Bar would add a sophistication where Freoites could relax and watch the sunset having a drink with their feet in the warm sands.
