My Grandpa ( Hugh Dowers ) grew up in Lone Tree Canyon and this is where him and my Grandma ( Rosie Dowers aka Nanny ) have chosen enjoy retirement at. A few years back a couple from out of town bought adjoining property. They offered to buy the land a few times,however; this is my grandparents home and was not for sale. The gentleman made an assumption in the article about why the road was moved, well I know why it was moved and it is safe to say his assumption is just that an assumption. It just saddens me that there are people that will lie, cheat, and steal to get their way. They say money makes the world go around but I guarantee in the end you wont be judged by your wallet but more by the way you treated others. I have posted some photos of the good times in LoneTree Canyon they also show that this property goes way back in our family.

Its just odd that after all these years all the sudden in 2013 there is an issue with road maintenance my Grandpa and Grandma never mentioned it and they are the ones who frequent the road. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm??? Goodnight
