Legislation has been introduced in Congress to create a Separate Benefit Category for Complex Rehab Technology to protect and improve access to these important products and services for people with significant functional and physical limitations.
Congressman Joseph Crowley of New York, along with a number of other Republican and Democratic co-sponsors, have introduced H.R. 4378. "Ensuring Access to Quality Complex Rehabilitation Act of 2012".
We strongly urge all Members of Congress to sign on as a co-sponsor of this Bill or introduce a companion Bill in the Senate.
