Comments: As many have said there is no winner in this tragic case. I do how ever feel that a miscarrige of justice has occured here. Every person involved in this sad case from the ticket seller to the bar staff who sold Geogina the drinks, to the drug dealer or friend who gave her the drugs has blame to answer. Where were Georgina's so call friends when she got off the train, why did her parents allow a 16 year old to go out knowing she was going to celebrate an 18 year olds birthday. They must have know she would be in pubs and clubs drinking. Geogina's mother says she was only doing what all 16 year olds do, she is mistaken. Her comments of yesterday were a disgrace which she should reflect on. There is no winners here, the sad loss of a young live but in no way does Christopher McGee deserve to go to prison let alone for 5 years.

Comments: 5 years is too harsh, will the people that supplied the drink and drugs who also contributed to her death be arrested. This jail sentance is not justice, it was an accident due to neglect, he should lose his job, fair enough, but a 5 year jail sentance, what's happening to our justice system?

Comments: Justice for McGee. Where are the Merseyrail execs on six figure salaries? Silence is deafening. She was smashed on drink and drugs. Who gets the blame? Parents? Dealers? Her friends? No, the working man who puts up with abuse everyweekend. Sickening miscarriage. Sickening.
