We, parishioners and friends of Fr. Rolando Garcia at St. Agatha Catholic Church, located in Miami, Florida, support our pastor and stand by him, in spite of allegations.

Every charge against Fr. Garcia has been thoroughly investigated, both by law enforcement and by the Archdiocese of Miami.  Fr. Garcia has always refuted allegations and asked for polygraph testing to prove his innocence, which he passed.

We understand how disconcerting this situation must be to school parents, but we also know the Catholic Church is vigilant and has no tolerance for inappropriateness, neither authorities.

The fact that Fr. Garcia's conduct has been under close crutiny, yet still remains our pastor, should be reassurance of his innocence.

That is why parishioners and friends of Fr. Rolando Garcia stand with him, and urge all that do sign this petition.  We also pray for those involved, and ask for the Lord's Mercy, in the name of Jesus.  Amen
