The groundswell of support for this cause has surpassed my initial expectations. It is clear that the community is deeply committed to preserving fair access for the children of Gilstead.

What are they thinking?? Keeping kids away from their closest school is just bad planning.
This is going to cause so much traffic on the roads. Just let the village kids go to the village school.
So unfair to the families in Gilstead. We chose our home because of the school catchment. This changes everything for us.
absolute disgrace. typical move from the council not listening to local parents.
Ridiculous decision. We live here and expect our kids to go to the local school. Not driving across town every morning.

total nonsense. my kids have walkd to eldwick for years, now they cant? sort it out council!!
