   Comments: I was raised in Everett.Class of 1992 graduate. I went to school with Erick and his brother Alex. My husband played hockey with them as well. He has done a lot for the city and the schools. He has worked very hard to get where he is.Looks like he was just trying to get across to the kids, be it in an unorthodox way.Does not seem that this should affect his ability to lead his students.

    Comments: An educator tries to introduce humor and creativity into the school environment, and the response is to fire him? Speaks little for the school administration, parents or even students who clearly don't understand the use of humor in communications. Very unimpressive response by the local community, but that's to be expected after decades of de-emphasizing a challenging education in the USA.
