Name: Mary Finnerty on Jan 13, 2013Comments: Mr Erick Naumann is an excellent teacher and should not be reprimanded for this. He is one of the few teachers at EHS that can actually get through to the students and they respect him. I can't believe the bs that this is leading to. Mr Naumann should remain Principal of EHS. Parents should be more concerned with what their kids are doing in and out of school and focus on them instead of trying to ruin Erick's life and career. You the people of Everett should be standing up for Mr Naumann not knocking him. God knows where some of the past, present and future pupils would be right now if it wasn't for Mr Naumann. Grow up Everett and cop on already, isn't it high time the real j****s were exposed for all the bs that goes on at EHS. Good luck Erick, hold your head up high and walk tall and proud...Flag

I think Mr. Nauman used poor judgement in showing this video, but I don't think it should outshine all of the good he has done for Everee Public Schools. Media gets ahold of things and blow them up. I don't think this is as bad as media makes it seem. I fully support Mr. NaumanFlag

Name: Kerry Cafazzo on Jan 13, 2013Comments: Mr.Naumann was not only one of my coaches, and one of my teachers, he was a true friend to me within the everett school system. He was one of the only teachers who truely cared to be there for his students. He taught me how hard work and dedication is some of the most important traits a person can develop for their lives. He never allowed his students to feel inferiror or belittled for needing a little extra help understanding his classes. He always pushed for his students to improve themselves, to never be afraid to speak up both within his class room and outside of it. With all the recent changes to the city so many of us called home and were proud to grow up in, yelling roll tide, it is ABSOLUTELY IMPERITIVE we maintain role models such as Erick Naumann for our future generations to look up to. It would not only be a devastaing mistake to our school system to force such a great man out of this position, but it would be stealing important learning opportunities from our future generations. Sometimes the most important things we learn do not come from a book or an exam, they come from life experiences and those we interact with. Erick Naumann is the perfect man to teach, lead, and mold Everett's children. It would be an absolute disgrace for him to fall under such drastic penalty. Please do no make this mistake, do not rob future generations of all the knowledge, compassion, and inspiration this man will undoubltly provide.Flag
