Europe is made of a puzzle of peoples that share a common belonging to indo-european languages. Among them, many are known as diacritic. Unfortunately, keyboard technology has not evolved much compared to its digital counterparts, although it has become a key component of production, and remains the main man-to-machine interface. That has embarked European nations into a degenerative process. Europe aims at defending the right for any individual to publish. It has now become amazingly easy to produce text. But most of texts are degenerative. This petition aims at raising awareness among nations. The principle of precaution should apply. Indeed, that degenerescence may have implications in serious degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer syndrom. For a diacritic Europe, where all nations are respected and their languages recognized.
