Europe is made of a puzzle of peoples that share a common belonging to indo-european languages. Among them, many are known as diacritic. Indeed, that degenerescence may have implications in serious degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer syndrom. For a diacritic Europe, where all nations are respected and their languages recognized.
