My husband and I have been placed in position of being parents to two children by both their parents abandonment. The mother stole the children from our house. She went to court and misled the judge on two occassions. She was caught. Even her lawyer made up untrue stories about us and now the children are suffering. We are asking for the return of the children to a stable and caring environment. It is not appropriate to allow somone to knowingily mislead the court and there are no consequences for this. We have spent over 10,000 of our money trying to get the children back fulltime with us and continue to receive barriers. We will never deny the mother access to the children. She has never been involved in their lives until she stole them for the wrong reason. She does not care about them. She has to make false promises up to now to get them to go with her. We raised these children since birth and now they are being rocked back and forth and they are not doing well at school nor at home. They are a mess emmotionally. Please sign this petition if you support their return to us. As we see it they could become stats one way or the other and the court does not recognize that grandparents are blood relations and have rights. We are not saying that we are the parents.
