Dear Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose and all other UK supermarkets...we are fed up with trying in vain to maneuver the terrible design of supermarket trollies you all use. We have to cope with wheel wobble, trollies that refuse to go in a straight line and bumpy wheels and we've had enough! In both America and South Africa they use a design with a fixed rear wheel, which is far easier to use and much less stressful on the back and knees. Please redesign your trollies so that shopping is a much more pleasant experience. Thanks!
