AS A RESULT OF CONTACTING MANY SUNRISE BEACH CONDO OWNERS, IT BECAME EVIDENT THAT WE NEED TO PETITION OUR BOARD TO REPEAL THE "GUEST REGISTRATION FEE". MANY OWNERS HAVE CONTACTED THE BOARD WITH DISAPPROVAL OF THEIR ACTION; HOWEVER, THEY HAVE PROCEEDED WITH THEIR AGENDA WITH LITTLE INPUT FROM THE MAJORITY OF OWNERS. BY SIGNING THIS PETITION, WE CAN ONLY HOPE OUR VOICES WILL FINALLY BE HEARD! PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR UNIT # WHEN RESPONDING. BY RESPONDING, YOU ARE REQUESTING OUR BOARD TO REPEAL THIS FEE AND TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO REVERSE THEIR DECISION AND ALL OTHER ACTIONS RELATED TO IMPLEMENTING THIS FEE. THANK YOU!
