    Comments: Sure... sir there is lots of garbage there in BVB campus people spit in any where even educated students also, We have to give effective awareness to the college staff and students through Talks, Campaign, Street play and through media. This problem is not only the BVB campus there are many schools, Colleges, Government and Non Government departments are facing this major issue.
