Representing all tax paying Park City homeowners who depend on rental income we are requesting the City Council provide a level playing field with rental properties that AVOID TAXES by claiming to be residential or are out of state owners who claim local residency. Our independent studies have identified over $650,000 of LOST TAX REVENUE to Park City from these sources. This provides TAX CHEATERS with a an unfair competitive pricing advantage to those of us who are paying our fair share of property taxesand is robbing our Park City schools of over $400,000 a year in tax revenue.
