in continuation to my petition, I would like to request my neighbour to de-forest his vacant land and keep it clean so that no snakes can enter into others house.  It is harmful for them also as they are having small children.  Negligence should be avoided and vacant sites should be kept clean and neat as the quality is lacking in the people.  Why should any one show negligence in cleanliness
