We intend to sue Safaricom Ltd. & Equity Bank Ltd. for their inability to account for monies sent through their platforms.

Transactions through Safaricom's Mpesa Paybill number 247247 to Equity Bank account holders remain incomplete. This has caused undue suffering to the users who are unable to access their hard earned monies while neither Safaricom nor Equity is willing to take responsibility for this.

Neither has the right to hold our money without our consent and refuse to grant us access. This is plain illegal.
