I was astonished at the number of errors in it - lack of care on intake, lack of care in providing accurate information between ward and OR. Thankfully I survived the experience !

It is frustrating to continue to hear of cutbacks to our health care system.....hospitals being understaffed or closed for periods of time and doctors working long shifts....is it any wonder that mistakes get made. This happened close to home when my father was dyiing this fall.....one medical mistake was made after another. This is unforgivable!!!!!!
