This petition is about All Hallows Catholic School Farnham is not listening to their students and are ignoring them. So this is to get the chair of governors to look into Mr Browne's 'sanctions' regime. Mr Browne does not follow the RE sanction code and does not listen to his pupils and their rights to freedom of speech. The students at All Hallows Catholic School Farnham want to be heard and to be listened to and to be able to express their opinions and/or feelings on the matter. However Mr Browne will not listen to his students. This is breaching the students human rights as in the human rights act of 1998 article 11 clearly states; "Everyone has the right to freedom peaceful assembly. This right Is closely linked to the right of freedom of expression.
