The problem with players being stuck at success isn't our fault, its blizz servers and not problems at our end, and if i'm the only one complaining and asking for it to be fixed, nothing will happen. they really dont care if they lose £9, to them its nothing. if 100 people complain £900 a month is a little more serious, and the same for 1000 peolple, £9000 a month over 12 months is £108000, this is a more serious figure for blizz to consider fixing this problem over
