The governor announced that the State of West Virginia will accept Dow's donation of the 258-acre parcel at the South Charleston Technology Park. No buildings will be demolished and a bold and aggressive vision for a growing research and development-based technology park was laid before the audience at today's announcement in the Governor's Reception Room at the Capital. We applaud Governor Manchin's leadership and vision for the facilities here and their importance to the ascent of West Virginia's economy.
