Comments: The road needs to be raised because when it rains hard the road floods and there is no way out or in. We have been flooded in for days and with my health condition I could need emergency medical attention at anytime, but there is no way to get medical vehicles back here or get me out of here.

Comments: I have contacted Jon Seabaugh with a letter regarding this matter with a list of names & health conditions in'89 or '90 & was sent the minutes saying that this was voted on & approved in November of 1991saying that as soon as the bridge was rebuilt on 191st they would immediately move the equipment to 192nd & Struzick & raise the level so we would never be flooded again. I had gotten Rochelle Lyons (deceased) to donate the top of his property at 191st (all clay) to help with the raising, all he asked was fences to be rebuilt. They said no. They wouldn't rebuild his fences. I am still waiting. My insurance agent tried to come to my house to re-evaluate my insurance one time during a flood-couldn't get in-my insurance doubled!!!

Comments: This is needed very badly. Children in school cannot get to or from school. If you do not have enough food, etc. on hand you have no way to get it until the waters go down. People lose work and that means smaller paychecks

Comments: It just makes sense to raise the road bed to prevent future flooding for the residents of the area. It creates a tremendous hardship for all involved and could prove to be fatal in some situations. Please consider this request.

Comments: I have a 7 and 9 year old boys who could need medical help, and we could not get out to get that help for them when we are flooded in. When it floods us in it also runs all the wildlife up to high ground along with the snakes, and if they were to get snake bit we would have to pay to life flight them out. It also cost us a days wages when we are unable to get out to go to work. So I would really appreciate it if they would raise the road so we were all able to get out.

Comments: We have lived back here for many years, & I have lost uncounted days of work, have been caught out while at work, & have to walk across knee deep flooded fields to get in to my home & family. I thought when something was voted on & approved it was to proceed as dictated. It's been 6 years & we still have the same costly problem. I wonder if it was on one of their (powers that be) roads if they would still be putting up with this problem, or moving out like everybody else I have chest pains occassionally,(which has required trips to the e.r.) a child with a handicap, & other health related problems that require Dr. visits.

Comments: The condition of this road needs to be corrected. My daughter lives down here and has severe allergies and asthma and when the water gets high she can't get out to seek medical treatment if necessary.
