I was subjected to sexual abuse as a child. I slipped thru the cracks of the system. Now my 10 year old sister is in that same home and i cant help her because the laws hold her there until we can get PHYSICAL PROOF of the mental abuse and the physical abuse. WHY SHOULD A CHILD BE SENT HOME TO ENDURE MORE ABUSE TO PROVE THAT THERE IS ABUSE BEFORE THEY CAN GET HELP!!!! PLEASE HELP ME FIGHT TO GET THE LAWS LOOKED AT AND REDONE TO HELP THE ABUSED AND NOT THE ABUSERS!!!
EVERY accusation should be taken seriously false or true. false accusations should be be taken as seriously as true and should be investigated to see WHAT is going on that a child would make a false statement. True accusations should be taken Seriously. We have kids slipping thru the cracks and being abused and even dieing because there isnt ENOUGH PHYSICAL evidence!!  Kids should have to be INJURED AGAIN to have something DONE FOR THEM!!!
