I know Strandja from two visits, one with our students in 2005 and one private visit in August 2006. Strandja Nature Park is a very important forest area of Bulgaria with a connection to the Black Sea coast. This region is very rich in biodiversity, it is unique and its conservation on an international level is of high priority.
To abandon this park is a crime. All should be done to keep the status of Nature Park for future generations!
